Tamsin is always efficient, as I have come to expect from Jelf in general. But to solve a problem caused by me is above and beyond! I have had good service from your company from a number of people; in fact anyone I have spoken to at the Reading office. But today my computer lost everything Tamsin had sent, either by my action or a software fault. Tamsin sent me a complete copy within minutes, together with the promise of a posted copy in case the fault recurred.
The above paragraph is in addition to the comment I had intended to write before the problem occurred. In general, Jelf is very good at answering phones and at getting calls passed on to people who can act for colleagues if a particular person cannot take a call. Tamsin turned around my original business within a matter of hours and as you may see above, solved a problem within minutes.
