Annual charity quiz event takes place in Manchester - raising over £2,000 for Dementia UKJelf Manchester hosted their inaugural annual charity quiz for the insurance industry on Saturday 11 April, which was well attended by nearly 200 insurers and colleagues.
A fantastic sum of £2,335 was raised for Dementia UK! A massive well done to the team in Manchester for such a successful event.
Worcester team offers a helping hand with school garden
Our Worcester colleagues volunteered at The Catholic School of St Gregory the Great in Cheltenham, helping in the school grounds, clearing an overgrown garden and helping to repaint fences!
Jelf Edinburgh paws their day jobs to volunteer at an Edinburgh Dogs and Cats HomeJelf Edinburgh arranged a volunteering day at Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home.
During the day the team painted over graffiti on the seafront wall and weeded the whole exterior of the home, as well as washing all of the home's signs.
Cumbria navigate their way to £3,000 for Lake District Calvert Trust
Jelf Cumbria supported The Cumberland Building Society’s recent orienteering event at Lowther Castle.
The evening raised an amazing £3,150 for Lake District Calvert Trust!
Jelf Harrogate go the extra mile for those with life changing disabilities
Having supported Henshaws for over ten years, this month, the team in Harrogate have been fundraising for again.
Henshaws are a local charity supporting people living with sight loss and a rage of other disabilities. Jelf colleagues walked the streets of Knaresborough on a busy market day asking for donations for the charity.
Newcastle-under-Lyme contribute towards river clean-upColleagues took part in a volunteer day collecting litter along the Caldon & Trent and Mersey canals in Stoke on Trent.
The event was organised by local accountants Mitten Clarke and it was a good opportunity to get involved with the community and meet other local businesses too.
Collaboration in the NorthNew colleagues from JLT Group joined those from Marsh Leeds and Jelf Health & Care to help local charity Hyde Park Source transform a tired and rundown outdoor space at a local community centre.
